1.2-Recovery network analysis

In case of condensate recovery systems, traps will be checked for their type, size as well as operation. Various options available for maximizing condensate recovery factor will be explored and feasible options will provided in the report. Options available for waste heat recovery from exhaust of DGs, Furnaces as well as hot effluents will be explored and feasible options will be provided in the report.

2.3- Turnkey project contracts for Solar Hot water Systems.

We take turnkey project contract for installation of solar hot water system and integrating it with existing hot water distribution network with minimum changes and lowest possible operating cost. Solar Hot water system can be installed from 100 LPD to 3000LPD capacity. These can save good amount of energy throughout the year. Exact saving will vary based on the local climate.

3.1- Piping Support

Secondary support is important element in supporting of any pipe work. We supply different types of piping supports such as,
Guide Supports, `U’ Clamps, and Hangers for pipeline sizes from 15NB to 400NB (as standard sizes higher sizes can be supplied as per the order)
These factory made supports will help you to secure your pipe work safely, within less time eliminating need of manufacturing supports at site.

3.2- Steam based Hot Water Generation systems

We supply steam based hot water generation system consisting of PHE, Temperature control valve, Strainer, Safety valve, Pressure Gauges & Temperature Gauges, Temperature controller mounted on a SKID for various ranges of hot water flow requirement.

• This compact and user friendly system will satisfy instantaneous hot water requirement of your plant.

3.3- Flash Vessel

We supply flash vessels for various condensate flows. Pressure range is from Atm. To 10 Kg/Cm2(g). Flash Vessels are Designed as per ASME, Fabricated from ASTM A-106, Gr.B Pipe.
Sizes available from: 150NB to 300NB
End Connections: ANSI B 16.5 -150#

3.4- Feed Water Tank

We supply M.S. feed water tank with mountings Level gauge, De-Areator Head, Inlet Outlet, overflow and drain nozzles, Man Hole and nozzles for level switch. This factory fabricated feed water tank will have superior quality then tank fabricated at site. This will also help you to reduce project time.
