Steam Traps
As the name suggest this Traps steam & allows only condensate to escape. Condensate being water & non compressible medium if allowed to stay in the steam space, hampers heat transfer & hence productivity. On other hand a leaking trap, drained valuable fuel, without contributing to productivity. This small piece of hardware item, Steam trap is heart of a steam network.
Care must be taken while selecting, installing a steam trap.

Thermodynamic Steam Trap
This is the most simple & robust steam traps, mainly used to drain condensate from steam mainline. Our traps are made of ASTM A 743 Gr. CA 40 & available is sizes 15 NB, 20 NB and 25 NB with Screwed – BSP/ BSPT/ NPT, Socket weld, Flanged: ASA 150, ASA 300, ASA 600 (welded on). The design is unique & comes with replaceable disk as well as SEAT.
Mechanical Float Trap
Recommended for all heating application like Shell & tube heat exchanger, jacketed heating vessel, Vapor Absorption Chillers, hot water system, re-boilers & many others. Unlike TD Trap, this is a continuous discharge trap hence where there is heavy steam load, this must be installed.
All the steam accessories seating is Metal to Metal, on account of high temperature, pressure & on-off cycles. Installation a strainer before this trap, three isolation valves for maintenance & a DCV for safe discharge is recommended.
We supply FT traps in Cast Iron, Cast Steel & Stainless steel MOC, in sizes from 15 NB, 20 NB, 25 NB, and 40 NB, 50 NB with end connections as Screwed – BSP/ BSPT/ NPT, Socket weld, Flanged: ASA 150, ASA 300, ASA 600 (welded on)

Piston Valve
For safe steam isolation a valve must be installed on the header, branch line & near the equipment & the selected valve must close fully when required, must not leak inline & must be also maintenance free. Piston valves doesn’t have a steam & stem but a burnished piston, which moves inside two guiding rings & is sealed by graphite/SS sealing rings. These are gland-less & seat-less valves designed for steam application.
The available sizes are 15 NB, 20 NB, 25 NB, 32 NB, 40 NB 50 NB, 65 NB, 80 NB, 100 NB, 125 NB, 150 NB, and 200 NB in MOC of ASTM A 105 ASTM A 216 WCB, & we offer Screwed-BSP, BSPT, NPT, Socket weld Flanged: ASA 150 , ASA 300 End Connection.
Y Type Strainer
Model: SLSTR25 Sizes: 15 NB, 20 NB, 25 NB, 40 NB, 50 NB, 80 NB, 100 NB, 150 NB, and 200 NB MOC: ASTM A 216 Gr. WCB End Connection: Screwed – BSP/ BSPT / NPT – Up to 50 NB Socket Weld – Up to 50 NB Flanged to ASA 150 / ASA 300 – 40 NB to 200 NB

Ball Valve
TSizes: 15 NB, 20 NB, 25 NB, 40 NB, 50 NB, 65 NB, 80 NB, 100 NB, and 150 NB MOC: ASTM A 216 Gr. WCB / ASTM A 351 Gr. CF8 / ASTM A 351 Gr. CF8M / ASTM A 351 Gr. CF3M End Connection: Flanged
Disc Check Valve
A check valve is a valve that normally allows fluid to flow through it in only one direction. There are various types of check valves used in a wide variety of applications. Disc Check Valves are designed to be sandwiched between flanges i.e. wafer type. These check valves can be mounted between pipe flanges in any direction.

Moisture Separator
Condensate formed due to steam condensing in the pipeline may cause problems of varied nature in a steam circuit. It is also possible that the source of condensate could be the boiler supplying wet steam to plant. It is absolutely essential to remove this condensate from the line for supply of dry steam with minimum pressure drop to this equipment. The Moisture separator is designed to remove entrained water particles from the steam so that they can be drained away as condensate.
We offer sizes from 40mm to 250mm in Cast Carbon Steel ASTM A 216 Gr. MOC, with WCB Flanged End ANSI Class 150/300 end connections.
